Furthermore, Zovko pointed out that the European Parliament recognised the importance of the implementation of the Constitutional Court ruling from the year 2016 on the changes to the Election Law as a key institutional reform for the progress of BiH towards European integration. Other topics of the Conference were: analysis of the European tradition of federalism and European experience with overcoming the conflict between liberalism and communitarism, possibilities of creating social-political systems which efficiently protect individual and collective rights, comparison between the political system in BiH with the political systems of the EU member-states, constitutional law, constitutionalism, type and division of sovereignty, internal self-determination, consensus, international contract law etc.

The Conference gathered participants from public and cultural life, academia and various scientific areas, who gave their contribution to definition and adoption of solutions required for achieving the equality of Croats in BiH, which is in the interest of the European perspective and democratic development.
