“We will discuss the EPP priorities related to the measures of additional enhancing of our citizens’ security. Considering higher migrants’ pressures, terroristic threats and new technologies, which endanger the security of both our citizens and our borders, a more intensive engagement of the EU member-countries is needed. The EU member-countries must implement the existing measures and instruments, so that we all may build a safer EU with the joint forces. However, the EU may not be safe for its citizens unless its member-countries take a firmer approach to the security issue.” – said MEP Zovko.
